Helping Children Thrive. Supporting Families Every Step of the Way.
At LEAPS and Beyond, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, communicate, and reach their fullest potential.
Since 2013, LEAPS has partnered with families throughout Washington to provide compassionate, individualized, and evidence-based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Our multidisciplinary approach combines the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with meaningful family collaboration, clinical excellence, and a deep respect for the unique strengths, needs, and goals of every child.
Our experienced team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABAs), Behavior Technicians, and Speech-Language Pathologists work together to create personalized treatment plans that foster meaningful progress in communication, social development, adaptive living skills, emotional regulation, behavior, and independence.
At LEAPS, therapy is about more than reducing challenging behaviors—it is about helping children build confidence, develop lasting skills, strengthen relationships, and actively participate in their homes, schools, and communities. We are committed to providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, and family-centered care while partnering with parents, caregivers, educators, healthcare providers, and community organizations to support each child’s success across every environment.
Through compassion, collaboration, innovation, and clinical excellence, LEAPS empowers children and families to achieve meaningful outcomes today while building the foundation for a brighter tomorrow.

Military Families
Proudly Serving Those Who Serve Our Country
At LEAPS, we are honored to support active-duty service members, National Guard and Reserve members, veterans, retirees, and their families. We understand that military life brings unique opportunities—and unique challenges. Frequent relocations, deployments, changing duty stations, and time away from loved ones can create additional stress for families raising a child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
