Behavioral Consultation & Educational Support for Washington School Districts

LEAPS partners with public and private schools throughout Washington to provide specialized behavioral consultation, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, educational support, and professional development for students with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Licensed Assistant Behavior Analysts (LABAs), and highly trained Behavior Technicians collaborate with educators, administrators, school psychologists, related service providers, and families to create individualized, evidence-based solutions that improve student outcomes while supporting school staff.

We understand that every student learns differently, and we believe the best outcomes are achieved through strong partnerships between schools, families, and clinical providers.

Our goal is to help students become more successful academically, behaviorally, socially, and emotionally while supporting schools in creating safe, positive, and inclusive learning environments.
