Administrative Career Opportunities at LEAPS
Behind every successful therapy session is a dedicated administrative team working to ensure children receive timely, coordinated, and compassionate care. Our administrative professionals support families, clinicians, and community partners through every step of the client journey—from the initial referral to ongoing scheduling, insurance coordination, billing, and employee support. Together, they help create an exceptional experience for the families we serve.
Referrals Specialist
Referrals Specialists are often the first point of contact for families seeking services. They assist families and referral partners with the referral process, communicate with healthcare providers and funding sources, obtain required documentation, and help ensure each child is prepared to begin services as quickly as possible.
Intakes Coordinator
Intakes Coordinators guide families through the onboarding process after a referral is received. They schedule assessments, collect required documentation, coordinate intake appointments, educate families on the admission process, and ensure a smooth transition into services while providing compassionate support every step of the way.
Clinical Administrator
Clinical Administrators coordinate daily clinical operations by supporting clinicians, managing provider schedules, assisting families, monitoring clinic workflows, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently. They serve as the primary administrative support for each clinic and play a vital role in maintaining communication between families, providers, and leadership.
Human Resources Coordinator
Human Resources Coordinators support every stage of the employee experience, including recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, benefits administration, compliance, employee relations, and professional development. They help foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring organizational policies and employment standards are consistently maintained.
Recruiter
Recruiters identify, attract, and hire talented professionals who share LEAPS’ commitment to providing exceptional care. They manage the hiring process from initial outreach through onboarding while building relationships with colleges, professional organizations, and community partners to strengthen our growing team.
Billing Specialist
Billing Specialists ensure accurate insurance billing, claims submission, payment processing, and account reconciliation. They work closely with insurance providers, families, and clinical teams to support timely reimbursement while maintaining compliance with payer requirements and supporting the financial health of the organization.
